Sorbex Super Absorbent Dressing
The Sorbex Super Absorbent Dressing (Silicone‑Free version) is designed specifically for the management of moderately to heavily exuding wounds. This multi-layered dressing combines a breathable, water-resistant backing, a high-capacity super absorbent core, and a non-adherent hydropenetrating contact layer, all without the inclusion of a silicone interface.
With an exceptional absorbency of up to 180 g of exudate, it significantly reduces the frequency of dressing changes and minimizes maceration risk. The hydrophilic contact layer ensures maximum patient comfort, while the backing prevents fluid strike-through and provides a protective barrier. It requires secondary fixation with stockinette or tape for secure application
