Introducing the all new pearl gel bead hot/cold pack from MedCool
This is a new innovation for reusable hot/cold packs as unlike gel hot/cold packs these are pliable straight from the freezer whereas the solid gel type are rock solid. Each pack is crammed with small round gel beads that do not stick together when frozen meaning these are ideal for immediate use from the freezer on areas like joints (ankles, knees) as the pack can mould around the area needing cold or hot compress immediatly
