Each sterile kit includes instructions for patients, a patient identification label, an easy-collection funnel, and a specimen container with screw cap lid. All pouches, dispensers and outer cartons are marked with Product name, Universal Logo, Size, Code Ref., Lot Number, Expiry date and CE Mark.
