Instillaquill is a sterile single use extension tube which facilitates the use of Instillagel anaesthetic gel in gynaecological investigations. Instillagel gently anaesthetises the cervical canal prior to instrumentation.
The narrower distal part of Instillaquill makes it suitable for use in both multiparous and nulliparous women, whilst the adjacent collar acts as a guide to the length of tube inserted into the cervical canal.
Insitllaquill is indicated for use in day case surgery or minor out-patient procedures such as endometrial biopsy or out-patient hysteroscopy.
