Granuflex Border Dressing Range

Granuflex Bordered dressing incorporates a unique hydrocolloid formulation with an adhesive foam border. It can be used for 'hard-to-dress' areas and is suitable for use on low to moderately exuding wounds. The dressings are Latex-free. Indications Bordered Granuflex is indicated in the treatment of chronic exuding wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure sores, minor burns, donor sites, (after haemostasis has been achieved), and other types of granulating wounds. If applied to wounds containing dry slough or necrosis , the dressing prevents the loss of water vapour from the surface of the skin, and this effectively rehydrates the dead tissue, which is then removed by autolysis.
