Benylin Cold & Flu Relief products
BENYLIN® 4 Flu Tablets provide effective relief from flu symptoms including fever, congestion, and aches and pains.
Adults, the elderly and children 16 years and over: 2 tablets up to 4 times daily as required. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours. Contains Paracetamol - do not use more than one product containing paracetamol at the same time.
Children 10-15 years: 1 tablet up to 4 times daily as required. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours
Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
BENYLIN® Day & Night Tablets for Cold and Flu help reduce temperature, relieve aches and pains, help clear congestion and so make it easier to nod off at night. Our cold and flu tablets also help to clear catarrh.
Adults, the elderly and children 12 years and over.
Day: 1 white tablet every 4 – 6 hours, up to 3 times a day (one tablet in the morning, at mid-day and in the afternoon).
Night: 1 blue tablet to be taken at night.
Not suitable for children under 12 years
BENYLIN® Cold & Flu Max Strength Capsules contain an analgesic and decongestant which help relieve cold and flu symptoms.
Adults and children 16 years and over: 2 tablets every 4-6 hours, as required

BENYLIN® 4 Flu Tablets provide effective relief from flu symptoms including fever, congestion, and aches and pains.
Diphenhydramine helps to relieve a cough and a runny nose, whilst pseudoephedrine causes the blood vessels in the nasal and sinus passages to contract and narrow, reducing congestion and the production of excess mucus.
Paracetamol helps bring down a fever and provide relief from headaches or bodily aches and pains.
Dosage: Adults, the elderly and children 16 years and over: 2 tablets up to 4 times daily as required. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours
Children 10-15 years: 1 tablet up to 4 times daily as required. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours
Do not take more than 4 times in any 24 hour period. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Chesty Cough & Cold
BENYLIN® Chesty Cough and Cold Tablets provide relief by targeting your cough deep down in your chest and also helps relieve symptoms of your cold.
Active ingredient guaifenesin helps thin and loosen phlegm in your chest, making it easier to cough up.
Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant which helps reduce swelling in the passages of the nose and so that you can breathe more easily.
Paracetamol can relieve the pain and help reduce your temperature if you have a fever.
Dosage: Adults, the elderly and children 12 years and over: 2 tablets every 4 hours, as required.
Do not take more than 8 tablets (4 doses) in any 24 hour period. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
Day & Night MAX
Phenylephrine is a decongestant which aids the reduction of swelling in the nasal passages, helping you to breathe more easily, whilst paracetamol helps bring down fever and reduce aches and pains.
The caffeine in the daytime capsules helps combat drowsiness so you can get on with your day.
Dosage: Adults and children 12 years and over:
Day: 2 red / yellow Day Capsules every 4 - 6 hours, up to 3 times a day
Night: 2 dark blue / light blue Night Capsules to be taken at night
Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 6 day capsules and 2 night capsules in any 24 hour period. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
