Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream is a herbal remedy for bruising that works to reduce bruising immediately. One of the active ingredients in Arnica Cream is Arnica, also called Arnica montana or Wolf’s Bane, which is a flower that is part of the sunflower family. The other active ingredient is ethanol.
Arnica Cream works by the chemicals in arnica working to reduce bruising and swelling as a natural aid to the healing process

Arnicare cooling gel targets both acute injuries and chronic injuries. For acute injuries, Arnicare reduces the inflammatory response when applied immediately after an injury has occurred. Will also assist the healing process when applied for the duration of the injury by increasing circulation to the affected area.
In the case of older or more chronic inflammation, Arnicare increases circulation and reduces inflammation in muscles and joints.
